Hello Choir! Sorry for the confusion. Because the church was closed this week (December 25th through December 30th), we couldn’t get in to rehearse yesterday (December 28th). Because we didn’t realize this last Sunday (December 24th), it caught us all by surprise. We tried contacting everyone by email and telephone but we couldn’t reach everyone because of limited contact information for some.

The news is the choir won’t be singing the anthem this Sunday. Instead, it will be an instrumental piece with Dixie on flute, Dennis and Bethany on percussion, and yours truly on organ. On Sunday morning, we’ll first rehearse the anthem and then go over any hymns and service music that might be unfamiliar.

Again, we’re sorry for any inconvenience and hope to see all of you on Sunday morning (December 31).
